We organise events that increase knowledge and understanding – also virtually

We help our clients listen to their stakeholders through virtual workshops, discussions and seminars. A virtual event’s success isn’t dependent on the technical platform or tools, but on thorough planning, careful instruction of participants and speakers, and professional facilitation.

We are responsible for organising successful events, from concept development and program design to facilitating participation.

For example, we designed and implemented a six-part virtual discussion series for the Finnish Environment Institute (SYKE), which revolved around solving the challenges of the circular economy. We helped the AgriHub Farm Business Competence Network Finland, led by the Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke), to virtually start communication cooperation.

We devised virtual forms of interaction with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment to allow hundreds of people interested in law reform to participate in online public debate.

We helped Tulanet, a consortium of research institutes, to bring out current research information in an effective way by concept developing, implementing and hosting a live Twitter discussion.

We also ensured the participation of stakeholders during the coronavirus pandemic by helping prepare the Finnish circular economy programme led by the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, as well as the Africa strategy led by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

The AgriHub Farm Business Competence Network Finland got off to a flying start in a workshop led by Kaskas Media. During the morning, a wide range of participants found a common goal and enthusiasm. The well-compiled report laid the groundwork for further work.
